In order to help you we use a combined program with latest technology, assessment, personalized coaching and stress management tools. We use Cognitive Neurofeedback, Neurofeedback, Mindfulness Meditation, Stress Management and Brain Health Coaching to teach you how to improve your brain functioning and lead a more positive calmer and productive life.

After an initial assessment, we will develop and customize a plan for you. We offer in person training or remote. If remote, we will send you either the Neurofeedback headband or the Play Attention Bodywave and will coach you towards your goals.

 Cognitive Neurofeedback, a Nasa inspire technology, measures your brain activity indicative of your attentive state. Attention becomes concrete and voluntary and you will learn to maintain your attention and focus as well as to develop a better memory.

Neurofeedback, often referred to us as EEG Biofeedback, is a type of Biofeedback treatment in which a person receives positive feedback in the form of video or sound, and the person learns to regulate or control his or her brainwaves. Positive Feedback gently guides your brain so it can perform better. We now know that through neuroplasticity, the ability of your brain to change, it is possible to create new brain patterns towards a desired direction. Therefore, your performance improves. Once you train your brain, it will never forget how to self regulate. It is like riding a bicycle. You can have better control of your behavior, manage your stress level, became calm and more focus, improve attention and memory.
